Email Filing: Capturing email history with one click or use several other methods to file emails and attachments, like Search, File Anywhere or Auto-File.    

Actions: The ZynBit action menu is designed to allow you to easily track any customer interaction with a few clicks or create and update new CRM records.

View. Edit. Update. No need to leave your email for CRM updates. Keep your opportunities, cases and other custom objects up to date conveniently inside your email.

Lead and Opportunity Workflow: With ZynBit, it is easy to create and convert leads or assign opportunities on the fly. The ZynBit to Salesforce integration is smart enough to manage all of your pre-configured data validation like required fields, dependent picklists, control fields and record types.

Search: Many times you may receive or send an email where you may want to search your CRM instead. From the search function, all of your actions are available. ZynBit is smart enough recognize your pre-configured Salesforce search layouts and use them to display results.

Activity History and Chatter Feeds: In addition to email tracking and web visitor tracking, contact and account activity history and Chatter information can be viewed for added insights.

File Multiple Emails: Many times you may want to file emails in bulk.   When you shift + select multiple emails, attachments and emails can be filed wherever you like.

Auto-File Emails: Select the auto-file option and any replies or forwards will be automatically filed for you.

Custom Objects: Custom objects are supported just the same as standard objects with filters, create, actions and drill down capability. Click the record to drill down into the object page layout.

Drill Down: When you click on any record, you can drill down into the record page to view the related activities or edit and create related records.

My Opportunities: View, edit and filter all your entire opportunity pipeline without ever leaving your email.

Create New: Use the navigation menu to create any new record on the fly. Whichever objects (standard or custom) you can create in Salesforce will be available to you in this list.

My Activities: View, edit and update your task list without ever leaving your inbox. Or assign tasks to your peers with workflow and follow up.

Calendar Sync: When you connect your mailbox and Salesforce, the ZynBit calendar sync allows you to synchronize meetings. Private meeting details are ignored, but your free/busy time remains synchronized. Supports recurring events.

Task Sync: When you connect your mailbox and Salesforce, the ZynBit task sync allows you to synchronize tasks. Tasks created in Salesforce now have reminders and tasks created in Outlook, Gmail or your mobile device. You can complete those tasks in Outlook, Gmail or mobile and the task will be completed in Salesforce automatically.

Contact Bulk Import: ZynBit will look in your email and calendar events to find contacts you have not added to Salesforce. It’s smart enough to match the contact to an account if one already exists. From here you can bulk upload or ignore contacts to make sure your CRM is always updated with the most recent and relevant contacts. ZynBit also checks for duplicates to ensure data accuracy.

Contact Sync: Sync your CRM contacts to your desktop or mobile device. This connection syncs Salesforce contacts to your email server, which then syncs contacts to your devices. Contacts are imported to Salesforce through contact sweep and the ZynBit sidebar. From there Salesforce is the master record for contacts. Configure contact sync settings to make sure you only sync the contacts you want.

Contact Sync Settings: Quick rules are global filters based on contact or account ownership. Custom rules allow you to build Boolean logic for deeper filter capability.   The settings page will always show your max and average contact count by Salesforce user.

To add a Task to Salesforce while in Email, select the record on the Zynbit task pane by using the appropriate green ACTIONS (A) Icon. (Remember that there is an ACTIONS icon for each area where relevant records exist in Salesforce. Select the correct area related to the task.) When the ACTIONS icon is selected, the following popup is displayed. Select “Create Task” to add a new task.

When the actions related to the task have been entered, the task can be saved in Salesforce using the Save icon at the top or at the bottom.At the bottom of the Outlook task pane, there is a check box which will also create the Task in Outlook for additional convenience. By using the checkbox to create a task in Outlook, the new task in Outlook will be synchronized in Salesforce. Now you will be able to edit or complete the task in Outlook and the associated record in Salesforce will automatically be updated for you.Note: This is a one-way sync. For two-way or bi-directional sync, please refer to the ZynSync feature set.

To forward work to someone else, create a task that is related to any Salesforce record and assign it to another Salesforce user. When you create the task, go ahead and set a reminder for the person you assigned it to.

Create Task with Outlook Desktop: When creating a Salesforce task, you also have the option to create this task in Outlook at the same time. Completing the task in Outlook will complete the task in Salesforce. Note: There is no need to use this feature if you have Task Sync configured – tasks will sync automatically in both directions. This feature is also only available with Outlook Desktop and does not apply to Office 365 or Gmail.

Task Sync: Configured from the ZynBit Dashboard - sync tasks in one direction or both directions by connecting your email account to your Salesforce account. Any task assigned to you from within Salesforce will automatically be created on 365, Gmail or your mobile devices. If you complete the task there, it will be updated in Salesforce automatically.

Tasks and reminders will show up in Outlook, Gmail or on your mobile device. When you complete the task it will be automatically completed in Salesforce.
