Since we use ZynBit ourselves, we collect the same information on you as we will collect on your behalf from your contacts. The information we collect comes from various sources. These include our own Website (the information that you provide by signing up for our Services) as well as that collected via other third party applications and Services such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, CRM, email and marketing automation tools.
We only collect information that is critical to the delivery of our Services to you, our customer, or information that you volunteer at your discretion, such as a Profile Picture or Avatar.

We use the information collected to provide you with valuable insights in to your customer behavior across multiple modes of communication; email, website, social media, marketing automation, CRM all via one dashboard. Through the magic of analytics, ZynBit is able to provide you with information on what happened (Joe Customer opens your personal email and then visits your web page), why it happened (because Joe went to your website, navigated to your product page, spent five minutes reading it and then downloaded the product whitepaper), what will happen (Joe will call you back because he prefers to speak to someone than communicate via email) and what you should do (have an order form ready, because Joe always places an order when he has looked at the website first, reviewed an email, then spoken to someone about a specific product.
We do not sell, rent, trade or otherwise disclose customer information. The exceptions are the following circumstances;
Through the use of our App, Website and Services, we provide you with tools and functionality (such as update, edit and/or delete) to access, update and delete your profile information (name, title, email, and login credentials). Deletion of your account will not necessarily delete aggregate information captured as a result of the use of our Services, but this information will not be directly attributed to you.
As described above, you can access the information directly provided by you as part of the sign up for the Services via the tools and functionality provided within our App, Website and Services.
ZynBit, its App, Website and Services are not intended for use by those aged 16 and under. Anyone under the age of 16 is not permitted to use ZynBit and must not attempt to register an account or submit any personal information to us. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from any person who is under the age of 16 or allow them to register an account. If it comes to our attention that we have collected personal data from a person under the age of 16, we will delete this information as quickly as possible.
