New 2020 Dashboard (For Admins)

Cirrus Insight is migrating our Admins and Users from the legacy app.zyn dashboard to a new 2020 Dashboard that not only has a revamped look and feel but is also our launchpad for all-new features, settings, and analytics that Admins and Users can access only through this new dashboard. The URL for the new Dashboard is https://home.cirrusinsight.com/

  • General Org Settings
    • Under ‘My Organization’ in the hamburger menu on 2020 Dashboard, Admin has settings to enable/disable sync and the code snippet to track web visits. Admin also has authentication settings on SSO/Login options, App Connections, and setting up Service Accounts.
  • Manage Users
    • From Manage Users option in the Hamburger Menu, Admin can navigate to Manage Users page that hs options to add/edit/delete users.
  • Sidebar Settings
    • The Sidebar Settings option in the hamburger menu will take the admin to settings for enabling/disabling features and modifying org level defaults for sidebar features. Admins get the option to allow users to be able to modify within the sidebar if they want the feature on/off.
      • Salesforce Integration - settings for search and related lists, calendar, email, attachments
  • Licensing and Checkout (New)
    • Licensing and checkout experience on the new dashboard is a simpler, faster, and low-touch way to view/edit details of your current subscription or trial, view all plans, choose a plan, purchase licenses, and checkout using your Credit Card seamlessly through our 2020 Dashboard. Our new licensing/checkout platform is built with a completely flexible and reliable backend infrastructure powered by a secure Stripe integration to create a best-in-class experience.
  • Sync Settings
    • Under the Sync option in the hamburger menu, Admin will find settings for Task, Email, and Event sync. On clicking the gear icon on the top-right of any sync page, admins will find the settings for that sync type. Admins can also select multiple users from the user's table to switch sync on/off for selected users.
  • Calendar Settings
    • Calendar settings are currently not available on the new dashboard. The Calendar Settings options in the hamburger menu will redirect the admin to the relevant page on the legacy app.zyn dashboard.
  • Analytics for Sync (New)
    • Admin can now track the adoption of sync among users through charts on key metrics like active users, adoption timeline, and detailed user-level logs. Designed to meet the exact reporting needs of our enterprise customers, these usage analytics dashboards allow Admins to apply date filters, search in logs, and even export the data as a CSV.
  • Analytics for Calendar (New)
    • Admin can now track the adoption of Calendar Scheduling among users through charts on key metrics like meetings booked, adoption timeline, and detailed user-level logs. Designed to meet the exact reporting needs of our enterprise customers, these usage analytics dashboards allow Admins to apply date filters, search in logs, and even export the data as a CSV.

New 2020 Dashboard (For Users)

  • Profile Settings
    • From the My Profile option in the hamburger menu, users can view/edit their personal profile information. Profile settings can also be managed through Sidebar.
  • Sync Settings
    • From the Salesforce Sync option in the hamburger menu, users can view/edit their individual user-level settings for Task, Email, and Events sync. Sync settings for users can also be managed through Sidebar.
  • Calendar Settings
    • Calendar settings are available on Sidebar and also on app.zyn. Users can click on the Calendar Settings links in the hamburger menu to be redirected to relevant pages on app.zyn
  • Analytics for Sync (New)
    • Users can now access their sync logs and also track their usage of sync through charts on key metrics like items synced, usage timeline, and detailed item-level reports. Designed to meet the exact reporting needs of our enterprise customers, these usage analytics dashboards allow users to apply date filters, search in logs, and even export the data as a CSV.
  • Analytics for Calendar (New)
    • Users can now access their Calendar Scheduling booking logs and also track their usage of Calendar Scheduling through charts on key metrics like meetings booked, usage timeline, and detailed meeting-level reports. Designed to meet the exact reporting needs of our enterprise customers, these usage analytics dashboards allow users to apply date filters, search in logs, and even export the data as a CSV.

Still on app.zyn Dashboard (For Admins)

Calendar settings for Admins would still be available on app.zyn for now. However, admins don’t need not go to the old URL to access Calendar settings. Admins can navigate to the relevant Calendar settings the new dashboard URL.

For users, all Calendar settings are available in the Scheduling tab on the sidebar so it going to app.zyn for Calendar settings is optional for users.

  • Case Comments
    • When users navigate to Cases from the Work Lists dropdown on the Work tab in Sidebar, users will now see Case Comments as an additional item in the Related Lists section. Users can view Case Comments and add new Case Comments directly from Sidebar

Others

  • Shared Mailboxes
    • Users can now use Cirrus Insight Sidebar for a shared mailbox (for example a ‘Help’ mailbox that is used by multiple Outlook users) in both Outlook for Desktop and Web
