To change a ZynBit password, open the URL https://app.zynbit.com/Account/Login.
Click on the forgot password link.
The following email will be sent allowing you to change your password by clicking on Reset Password. Please note – The Zynbit Support team does not have access to your password for reasons of confidentiality.
If you do not receive the password reset email-
- Please check your spam/junk mail folder
- If the email is not in your spam/junk mail folder you may need to ask your IT staff to temporarily whitelist Zynbit.com. Also Please make sure Getzyn@zynbit.com is added to your safe senders list.
- If you still cannot find your email confirmation, please email us directly at Getzyn@zynbit.com and we will activate your account for you
After you click reset password in your email you will be able to create a new password on the following screen.
