How Can I Change a ZynBit Password?

To change a ZynBit password, open the URL

Click on the forgot password link. 

The following email will be sent allowing you to change your password by clicking on Reset Password.  Please note – The Zynbit Support team does not have access to your password for reasons of confidentiality.


If you do not receive the password reset email-

  • Please check your spam/junk mail folder
  • If the email is not in your spam/junk mail folder you may need to ask your IT staff to temporarily whitelist  Also Please make sure is added to your safe senders list.
  • If you still cannot find your email confirmation, please email us directly at and we will activate your account for you

After you click reset password in your email you will be able to create a new password on the following screen.
