To change a ZynBit password, open the URL app.ZynBit.com/Account/Login.
You will also find the link when you click the Green icon as if you were going to log in with ZynBit password. Click Forgot Password under the password entry space.
An email will be sent allowing you to change the password. The Zynbit Support team does not have access to your password for reasons of confidentiality.
If you do not receive the password reset message, check your Junk email folder. If the email is not in your Inbox or Junk, you may need to ask your IT staff to temporarily white list Zynbit.com so that you can receive the email.
