Log a Call to Salesforce from within Email

 

To log a call to Salesforce while in Email, select the record on the ZynBit task pane by using the appropriate green ACTIONS (or A) icon. (Remember that there is an ACTIONS icon for each area where relevant records exist in Salesforce.  Select the correct area related to the call.)

 

 

 

 

When the A icon is selected, the following popup is displayed. Select “Log call” to create a new task.

 

 

 

 

The Salesforce fields are displayed for completion.  Required fields are outlined in red.  The CREATE button highlights as available once required fields are completed.
