Log a Call to Salesforce from within Email

To log a call to Salesforce while in Email, select the record on the ZynBit task pane by using the appropriate green A icon beside a contact in the sidebar.  If preferable, you can search for the contact you need.

When the A icon is selected, select “Log call” in the popup.

The Salesforce fields are displayed for completion.  Required fields are outlined in red.  The Create button becomes as available once required fields are completed.
