ZynCal – Managing Multiple Calendars

The Add Calendar button allows a user to add multiple calendar views for their calendar.  This change allows different calendars to have individual settings for maximum flexibility.  For example, the calendar for onsite meetings could allow for travel time between meetings by using a meeting buffer, whereas the calendar for on-line meetings allowed back to back meetings.  Reps with territories in different time zones can set the calendar types with appropriate time zones to enable the system to do all the calculating of availability without the need to “translate” time mentally.  When inviting your contact, just be sure to choose the calendar designed for their situation and send your meeting link from there.
