Setup Instructions for ZynTrack Web Tracking

Setup instructions for ZynTrack/ZynIQ web tracking code are provided for use by Website administrators to complete initial setup.

The tracking code is an integral component to the ZynBit platform, which integrates Google Analytics, CRM, email communications, and other systems for sales, marketing, and customer service.

To begin tracking a website using ZynBit, paste the following JavaScript snippet into your website templates so that it appears before the closing </head> tag.  This may be done for every page for smaller sites, or only key pages on sites that have many dynamically generated Web pages, user forums, and so on.

<!– BEGIN ZYNTRACK –>
<script type=”text/javascript” async>
(function (p, l, o, w, i, n, g) {
if (!p[i]) {
p.GlobalSnowplowNamespace = p.GlobalSnowplowNamespace || []; p.GlobalSnowplowNamespace.push(i);
p[i] = function () { (p[i].q = p[i].q || []).push(arguments) }; p[i].q = p[i].q || []; n = l.createElement(o); g = l.getElementsByTagName(o)[0];
n.async = 1; n.src = w; g.parentNode.insertBefore(n, g)
}
}(window, document, “script”, “//cdn.zynbit.com/js/analytics.js”, “zyntrack”));
zyntrack(“newTracker”, “zyn”, “bits.zynbit.com”, { appId: “%ZynBitOrgID%” });
zyntrack(‘trackPageView’);
</script>
<!– END ZYNTRACK –>

When this code runs, it asynchronously loads the java script library onto the page and then sends pageview hits for the current page.
