ZynBox – What does “Unable to retrieve account details” mean?

This error message was caused by the deletion of fields in the account record in Salesforce.  This could occur when a custom package was uninstalled or simply during removal of custom fields by the Salesforce admin team at your site.

To synchronize ZynBox with the Salesforce changes disconnect from Salesforce and then re-connnect.  If needed, see instructions here.
