This error message was caused by the deletion of fields in the account record in Salesforce. This could occur when a custom package was uninstalled or simply during removal of custom fields by the Salesforce admin team at your site.
To synchronize ZynBox with the Salesforce changes
- Restart Outlook or Chrome – ZynBox will always refresh with Salesforce whenever you launch Outlook or Chrome
- Disconnect from Salesforce and connect again using the configuration button at the top right side of your screen.
