This error message is caused by the deletion of fields in Salesforce. The error message text is : “Unable to retrieve Account details. Please report this error to ZynBit through the Help window on the Outlook ribbon.” This could occur when a custom package was uninstalled or simply during removal of custom fields by the Salesforce Administrator at your site.
To fix this, synchronize ZynBox with the Salesforce changes.
- Restart Outlook or Chrome – ZynBox will attempt to refresh with Salesforce whenever you launch Outlook or Chrome
- Disconnect from Salesforce and connect again using the Configure button at the top right side of your screen.
a. Open the ZynBit sidebar if it is not open using the ZynBit floating icon
b. Use the gear icon and click the x beside the Salesforce connection to disconnect, then click the connect button.
